Acceptance

By accessing or using Snappit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the App.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Snappit for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

User Obligations

As a user of Snappit, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the security of your password and account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Snappit for any of the following purposes:

  • Engaging in any illegal activities.
  • Transmitting any harmful or malicious code.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our App or its related systems.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the security, integrity, or performance of the App.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials in Snappit, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Tweener Labs or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimers

Snappit is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's availability, reliability, or suitability for any purpose.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tweener Labs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the App.
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the App.
  • Any content obtained from the App.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Snappit immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
