1. Service Description
Snappit is a mobile application that allows users to capture, organize, and export short video clips. The app is designed to let users record exactly one second of video per day and automatically compile these clips into a continuous montage, creating a “life movie” over time.

Core features include:
- Recording daily one-second video clips using the device camera
- Viewing and managing recorded clips in a timeline
- Previewing a montage of clips inside the app
- Exporting montages as video files (with or without watermark, depending on the user's subscription plan)
- Optional Pro features such as unlimited exports, soundtrack addition, and multiple montages

Snappit is provided for personal, non-commercial use and does not provide a public social network or third-party content sharing platform.

2. User Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum legal age in your country to use Snappit. By using Snappit, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. User Data
We collect only the data necessary to provide our services:

4. Subscriptions and Payments
Snappit offers free and Pro features. By subscribing to Snappit Pro, you agree to provide accurate payment information. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

All content, trademarks, and materials available through Snappit are the property of Snappit or its licensors. Users retain ownership of the clips they record, but grant Snappit a limited license to process and store such clips for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Limitations of Use
You agree not to:
- Use Snappit for commercial purposes without prior written consent
- Copy, modify, or distribute Snappit's code or content
- Misuse Snappit in ways that disrupt the service or infringe on others' rights

7. Limitation of Liability
Snappit is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snappit disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of France. Any disputes will be handled in the competent courts of France.

9. Updates to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify users by email. Continued use of Snappit after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
